What to Expect While Your Vehicle is Being Repaired
So, you’ve gotten into a car accident, worked out all the details, and now your vehicle is being repaired. It is Brandon Collision’s goal to make the process as hassle-free, quick, and precise as possible, but what actually goes on during the repair process? Here is what you should expect when your vehicle pays a visit to Brandon Collision:

The Estimate
The first thing that happens when your vehicle comes to us is an inspection where photos are taken and all necessary information is provided to the customer and insurance company. This inspection covers everything that can be seen without taking the vehicle apart.

Disassembly & Parts Order
The next step in the process is a more thorough inspection. After our team gets permission, we will disassemble your vehicle further and see if the repairs are worth the cost. If your vehicle is still drivable, no teardown is necessary and we will get to work on ordering parts. If not, parts will be ordered after the vehicle gets the OK after disassembly.

Body Repair
In this stage, the real work begins. Our highly-trained technicians get to work on repairing your vehicle. Your vehicle is fully analyzed, repaired, and restored to look brand-new. After all the repair work is done, we will complete any paint jobs needed, polish your vehicle, do a thorough wash, and complete a detailed interior cleaning.

Thorough Inspection
This last stage consists of a few steps. First, another check is done to make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. Then, we will go over all of the repair work that was done with you and give you the final list of costs. We’ll have you do your own inspection as well before driving off our lot.
Throughout the whole process, our team will provide you with updates so you never have to worry about the status of your vehicle. At Brandon Collision, we want the repair process to be as stress-free as possible. It’s never fun having your vehicle in the shop for repairs, but you’re in good hands at Brandon Collision. Each of our technicians are I-CAR certified, meaning they’ve gone through a rigorous training process and know exactly what they’re doing. We also have a huge 150,000 square-foot facility and state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring your repairs get done more quickly and efficiently than if you were to go somewhere else.
