The first thing that happens after an accident is figuring out all the details. Of course, if you’re not at fault, you’ll be working with the other individual’s insurance company. Make sure you collect their information at the accident scene and contact their insurance company yourself, as well as yours. That way you can also figure out if you’ll be receiving a rental car at no cost to you. Further Assessing the Damage
When you bring your vehicle in, the first thing that will occur is an inspection of the vehicle, and then an estimate, which in this case will be sent to the other person’s insurance company. At Brandon Collision, we try to get these estimates as accurate as possible, but sometimes it can be difficult to know the full extent of the damage until we take your car apart further.
After all of the damage to your vehicle is documented in a more intense inspection process, and it is determined your vehicle is worth repairing, the work can begin! All of the necessary parts for the vehicle are ordered and received, and the process truly starts.

You’ll need to submit the bills to the other party’s insurance company, and our adjusters can help you with this if needed.
